There are many things Brazil is known for internationally. Its beaches, its music and, of course, its Carnival. But there\u2019s nothing better than seeing it first-hand, so at Havaianas<\/strong><\/a> we invited our European ambassadors from France and Italy so they could experience<\/strong> \u201cbrasilidade<\/em>\u201d in person<\/strong>. An experience full of exuberant culture, fashion and nature<\/strong> culminating in the Vogue carnival dance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Vogue carnival party<\/strong> is one of the most eagerly anticipated events in the world of Brazilian fashion and at Havaianas<\/strong>, as a brand of Brazilian origin, we could not miss the opportunity for our ambassadors to experience it. Music and heart-stopping looks<\/strong> accompanied by footwear that has already become an icon of Brazilian fashion and lifestyle such as our Havaianas Slim Carnival Flip Flops<\/strong><\/a>.But the carnival is not the only thing our ambassadors experienced. On this three-day expedition to Brazil<\/strong>, the sun, sea, music and fashion came together to offer them a total experience<\/strong> of Brazilian lifestyle<\/strong>. We tell you everything this trip offered below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 1: Discovering the Brazilian coast<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Brazilian beaches<\/strong> are one of its great attractions, but there\u2019s no better way to see its coast than by boat. Departing from Marina da Gloria<\/strong>, our ambassadors took a fun boat ride in Guanabara Bay<\/strong>, stopping in Urca<\/strong> for a swim under the imposing Christ the Redeemer<\/strong> statue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afterwards they were able to enjoy a party on the rooftop of the Yoo2 Hotel in Botafogo<\/strong>. An experience as unforgettable as the panoramic view of Sugarloaf Mountain<\/strong> that the privileged location<\/strong> offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 2: Discovering the origins of Havaianas<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

On the second day of the trip, our ambassadors visited unique sites such as the Escadaria Selar\u00f3n<\/strong>, known throughout the world for its iconic ceramic steps, a must-see for all visitors. They also visited the futuristic Museu do Amanha<\/strong>, dedicated to science and designed by the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava<\/strong>. In addition, they had the opportunity to visit the Museu de Arte do Rio<\/strong>, where they enjoyed a special exhibition on the history of funk in Brazil<\/strong> and its impact on fashion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the high point of the day was a visit to the Havaianas<\/strong> flagship store in Ipanema, where they assembled their own kit of brand pieces and even received exclusive t-shirts<\/strong> customised by Brazilian designer Victor Hugo Mattos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 3: Experiencing the carnival!<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our ambassadors\u2019 trip ended with the most anticipated event, the Vogue Carnival Ball<\/strong>. One of the most important events in Brazil and a true exhibition of style, modernity and fashion<\/strong> at which Havaianas<\/strong> plays a special role. The best looks combined with flip flops<\/strong><\/a> and sandals<\/strong><\/a> with which the influencers and all the guests let themselves go to the rhythm of the music<\/strong>. Undoubtedly a final dream night to round off an unforgettable experience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Havaianas at Vogue Carnival Ball<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGAL\u00c1CTIKA<\/strong>\u201d was the theme chosen for the 2024 edition of the Vogue Carnival Ball<\/strong>. This event held at the Copacabana Palace Hotel in Rio de Janeiro<\/strong> marks the start of the famous Brazilian carnival<\/strong> and has become in recent years an unmissable event for fashion and carnival lovers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This exclusive party had almost 1,800 guests<\/strong> who swayed in this atmosphere where fashion and extravagance meet for one night. In a labyrinth of metallic and bright colours in which holographic effects<\/strong> reigned, our ambassadors and all attendees had the opportunity to explore their most futuristic and extraterrestrial<\/strong> side.With stylistic references<\/strong> ranging from the space-inspired sixties style like that of Star Trek to avant-garde space futurism<\/strong>, the night offered surprising looks<\/strong> from all the guests. Havaianas also had an activation point which remained open throughout the event and where, in addition to a large photocall<\/strong>, they could find flip flops and gift bags<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
